I began sailing at age 10 in Little Compton, Rhode Island, at Sakonnet Yacht Club. Throughout my six summers of sailing there, I raced Optis and Club 420s at NBYA regattas across the state. I also was able to start a sailing team at my highschool and sailed four spring seasons at Bristol Yacht Club. After my last summer competing in 2019, I began teaching at SYC and later at Sail Re-Creation Community Boating Center. I have worked there four summers now coaching the advanced 420 class and love it. Joining the GW team has allowed me to continue racing and has introduced me to a team of incredible athletes, friends, and competitors.
